M&R Technoservice 22 LTD provides professional installation, maintenance, and support for CCTV, IT, and Security Systems across the UK. Our services are available 24/7. Services include system installation, technical support, maintenance visits, and troubleshooting.
All installations are subject to a one-time installation fee. Installation is performed by certified personnel at the customer’s premises. The system becomes operational only after the customer approves and signs off the installation. Any additional installation requests or changes after the initial installation will incur separate charges.
No Call Charge Policy: After the system is installed, issues resolved over the phone will not incur any charges. On-site Service Fees: Any service requiring a technician to visit the premises (maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting) will incur a separate service fee. Service fees will be communicated to the customer before the service is provided. Customers may also opt for an annual service agreement, which can be terminated at any time by the customer.
Support is available 24/7 for urgent issues. Non-urgent service requests may be scheduled within normal working hours.
Customers must provide access for installation and maintenance visits. Customers must follow manufacturer guidelines and company instructions. Any damage caused by the customer or third parties is the responsibility of the customer.
M&R Technoservice 22 LTD is responsible only for proper installation and functioning of provided systems. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of faulty equipment as determined by the company.
Installation fees are payable prior to or upon completion of installation. On-site service fees are invoiced after each visit. Payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. Late payments may result in interest or suspension of service.
Customers may terminate the annual service agreement at any time by written notice. Termination does not affect any fees already paid for installation or service visits.
